ReOxy®
The therapy
ReOxy® therapy utilizes a carefully controlled approach of alternating short-term hypoxia (9-15% O₂) with brief recovery periods of hyperoxia (30-35% O₂) called intermittent hypoxia
Oxygenation intervals regulate and stabilize hypoxic exposure, ensuring controlled intensity while minimizing overdose risk. This approach activates the body’s natural adaptive mechanisms, triggering super-recovery—where initial disruptions foster greater resilience. These adaptations optimize physiological responses, enhancing physical and cognitive performance.

A typical course of treatment consists of 10-15 sessions, tailored to each patient’s unique physiological needs. To ensure precise dosing of the hypoxic load, an individual SpO₂ target is established through a preliminary hypoxic tolerance test. This standardized test involves up to 10 minutes, during which changes in blood oxygen saturation and heart rate are closely monitored. The results guide the parameters for the treatment session, ensuring safe and effective therapy customization.
